A specialist in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine, Nutrition Science and Dietetics, and an expert in Homeopathy, Homotoxicology and Integrative Medicine, Dr. Di Tullio conceived, founded and spread Systemic Medicine in Italy starting from 2011.
He is currently Honorary President of AIMES and Scientific and Educational Director of the Higher School of Training in Systemic Medicine.
Dr. Giampiero Di Tullio - physician, researcher, lecturer.
Systemic Medicine developed by AIMES is not limited to a single specialty, but provides a transversal clinical framework: it offers tools to try to understand chronic inflammation, dysbiosis, metabolic imbalance and oxidative stress in any patient, regardless of the target organ.
Within this framework, Systemic Ophthalmology try to use the eyes β retina and ocular surface β as "sentinels" and as a target of systemic imbalances, integrating ophthalmological assessment with AIMES training programmes.
