To safeguard medical confidentiality and the privacy of sensitive data, please do not send medical reports, images, or medical histories via standard emails or unprotected electronic channels.

If the electronic transmission of prior clinical documents is explicitly agreed upon with the healthcare professionals, it is mandatory to use protected digital archives (e.g., password-protected PDF files, where the key must be communicated via a separate channel). The analysis of the documentation occurs solely during the in-person visit.

Emergency Notice & Clinical Boundaries

No electronic channel related to this portal is authorized to manage emergencies. In the presence of acute symptoms (sudden loss of vision, trauma, severe eye pain, light flashes, or the appearance of visual "shadows"), it is essential to go promptly to the nearest Emergency Room or contact local emergency services (112).
